Do soy tarts need to cure?

I do the same thing Sharon. ;) I guess I've been lucky that it's worked great so far but it can be a bit of a hassel removing from the mold sometimes. I found that if you prep your molds with a tiny bit of Pam spray, they are much easier to remove. Personally, I try to avoid popping them in the freezer as they tend to develop little cracks and can break apart on the customer.
