becky0404
My first choice in jars was a frosted tumbler. I bought some, got it wicked right, but now I can't find any lids. The lids I thought would work, don't. So, I'm going with an easy to find jar that comes with a lid. I'm using a 16 oz. apoth. jar with a silver lid (from the Jar Store) and I bought a sampler pack of RRD wicks b/c I have heard good things about them. I know I have to test on my own, but I'm thinking of starting with two RRD34's. If you were to double wick this jar, would you start with that? Or something else? Thanks!! Rae Ann
I like paper or cotton core wicks in straight soy. They don't bend at the tip and give me a more even burn. I'd start with 2 - 51 paper or cottons in an apothecary.
