Guest amynleebishop
I have tested the new wax with my wicks and they are burning great other than the fact that both sizes of wicks I was told to use with the J50 are mushrooming. Candlewic said to go up to CD20 but I used my own gut and stayed with my trusty CD14's and they are both doing the same thing. Why do they tell you to wick up on the J50? If I wick down to a CD 12, the circumference is too small on that one. Any suggestions......

Guest amynleebishop
what are you wicking? any specifics...:rolleyes2Sorry.... I am wicking a 16 oz mason jar. I know that I need to go down to CD12's, I just was listening to the experts saying I should wick up with J50. I got a replacement case of wax today that is a IGI harmony blend? It is supposed to be comparable to J223. Have you ever used it?:highfive:
Trish
I used to use J50 and loved it but switched to Harmony Blend because I can pick it up... I use HTP wicks and had to wick down several sizes from what I used with the J50.
