Carriegsxr6
You could by some chamomile tea bags, open them up and pour them into the soap. The buds will create a gentle scrub. I have used 1tsp for 2lbs of soap. Also A Garden Eastward has a nice blend of Chamomile Fragrance Oil to also add to it. AprilAWZ
I use oatmeal in my Chamomile soap. I give it a few zaps in the coffee grinder, and I get nice "scrubby" sized pieces along with a fair amount of oat flower, so it's really nice for irritated skin - think "sunburn" here! I use chamomile tea for the liquid (I don't believe it does much other that adding a nice color), along with the blossoms in the soap. I've not found that cham alone adds any texture...however, I sift the tea so that only the petals and the "seeds" (or what would have eventually become seeds), but not the flower head itself, which is pretty hard and grainy when dried, so that could be the difference.April
Hibiscus
I use ground chamomile flowers. I buy small bags of buds and put it in my blender and grind it up same as do my oatmeal. Works very nice for me. Or, you can try rosehip powder that makes a very nice scrubby bar and gives it pretty speckles.
