gingerinarkansas
What's the secret to making rag balls. I've seen some that were wrapped around styrofoam balls, some that were rags all the way through. Do you dip the finished ball in wax or wax the fabric as you make ball. Anyone make these? candlesprite7
It looks like you assemble the ball and then dip it in the wax....http://www.wicks-wax-scents.com/waxed-dipped-rag-balls.html
CountryGal
I gave up trying to make mine look nice and ordered some from a friend that makes quilts. Good luck with them, I hope yours turn out better than mine did.

candlesbeaulieu
I use the foam balls I pin the first part and start wrapping it all around. I left a end to hold onto by tucking a piece under another and hold onto it when I dip them and trim after. I wrap mine allot tighter and dip them in scented wax tinted brown to make them look primitive... good luck
