The only thing I would suggest is decorating the outer wall ... on the other hand, if it's on a low table, no one (except a toddler ) would see the outer wall anyway. But if you had the bowl sitting high enough to be out of toddler reach, then .... I'd decorate the outer wall since it would be clearly visible & awfully plain. Just a thought.
