OFCILynn
Hello carvers! My question SHOULD be simple! Just not for me! LOL For those of you who sell your candles, to comply with Federal regulations regarding labeling and such, how the heck do you list size and weight? OK, size is KINDA OK to say a 9" or 12" carved candle. But weight?? As you know, a candle can be dipped anywhere from 15-50 times to achieve a desired look, hence a huge weight difference! Do you just label your candles as say 9" or 12" and such? What do you list as weight?? Do we have to weigh each and every candle? I know about burning instructions for our carved candles and such, I just don't have a clue how to label these! TIAGod Bless,Lynn
Georgia
I can't say specifically for carved candles, but my jars are by weight (6 oz); my pillars are by size (3x6). Depending on how good my leveling skills are on any given day, the weight varies but it is always at least 6" tall.
