sheila sullivan
I wanted to try slabs, I usually use log molds, but didn't want to put out the money and then decide I didn't like them...so I just made mine...cost me less than $10...I love them, but I'm just going to make a couple more. They were extremely easy to make and I can make several for the price of one.
Lynda3811
I make all my molds! We have scrap wood that I have used and it works great. My slabs are only 12 bars, if I went bigger I think I would then have a problem with cutting them.
Meridith
I have a couple wood log molds but just recently purchased an Uplands slab mold. I like it and the liner is so cool. But the cut lines are very hard to follow. I just ordered another mold off of E-bay. I've been looking at the Brambleberry mold since it is wood and has dividers. A friend of mine has the Brambleberry mold and swears by it. Her bars are so uniform and nice.
