Honey soap crumbly - wassup with that?

I made a batch of soap with honey and cut it at 24 hours. It is somewhat sticky, which I expected, but it is also crumbly and kinda cracked when I cut it!

It is not lye heavy (I did a 6% superfat, and there's no lye zap). I used about 4 tsp honey for a 2# batch of soap. I used a log mold with a lid, but it didn't overheat as far as I could tell.

It's not my "normal" soap recipe, but I've made it before without problem. And the FO was Peak Mediterranean Fig which is well behaved for me.

Did 20% water discount, and soaped at RT (lye and oils)

So any idea what gives? Is that normal with honey?
