Do you add it at trace, do you include it in the lye calc? Who uses this and can give me more info on it. Rebecca_IA Posted August 29, 2005 Share Posted August 29, 2005 I added it with all of the other oils/butters. I included it in with all the other oils/butters when figuring out my lye. I only made one or two batches with it, and the color was more of an orangy, not a red. Not a palm person myself and the color didn't do anything for me, so I sold it off.
