I've been trying to call The Candle Maker's Store but no-one answers. Their recording doesn't mention they are on vacation neither does their website. I was just wondering if anyone had any information. Tia ;)

I placed an order Monday and got my shipping notification yesterday (Wednesday) so I don't think they're on vacation... Have you tried to email them?

I haven't emailed them. I've just tried calling at different times yesterday and today. I know some take awhile answering their e-mails and I thought the phone was the best way to get in touch. But I can give it a try. Have they responded to your emails in a reasonable time frame ?

I haven't emailed them, sorry. Just placed an order through their website and then yesterday received my shipping notification and a paypal refund for overpayment of shipping charges. Sorry, I'm not much help...

Thanks you all. I will try to email. Bruce I haven't had an answer machine pick up. It just says hit 0 for the operator and then it plays lots of country music, lol. I find it funny cause I don't like country music and my DH always tortures me in the car with it.
