jolsen1973 Posted May 10, 2006 Posted May 10, 2006 WOW! I just received my samples from JS and not only did she send my 13, but also my 5 alternates! 18 samples in all. I could not believe it when I opened the box just now. Also, I ordered on Sunday evening and received my order this morning, what fast turn-around! Once again, WOW! JS and Becky get five platinum stars for customer service. Before even smelling her oils, she has a new life-long customer in me just based on her commitment to service! Becky's customer service (and samples) is the biggest reason I keep coming back. But, if she didn't have the highest quality oils, I wouldn't continue to use them just because of great service. She definitely has a great combination going there. Good thing I'm not in Ohio. You wouldn't be able to keep me away from there.Make sure to drop her a line letting her know how happy you are. Everyone appreciates a pat on the back once in a while. Quote

Could't agree more!!!Customer service is fabulous, most of her oils work well for me.All the samples she gives you with each order, keeps me testing scents that I probably would not buy to try. Then I end up loving these sample scents and adding more of her oils to my candle line!!!! Quote

I am even more happy with her service now that I've sniffed and poured some of the oils. They have a wonderful cold throw and I can't wait to see what the hot throw is like!!! Quote

If you call her, she is good about telling you what throws best in soy and what doesn't. For instance, she mentioned to me last week that OMH and Waterlily Melon both perform well, but are lighter scents. I always call in my order so i can get the scoop on the FOs I want to try. Quote
