epheme Posted May 10, 2006 Posted May 10, 2006 I don't have any coconut scents, only things blended WITH coconut. What's the strongest/truest you've found? Quote
7Angela7 Posted May 10, 2006 Posted May 10, 2006 I personally like the Coconut from Candlescience. I just went there & their description reads "A buttery rum top note leading to a sweet creamy vanilla with toasted coconut." I don't really smell the buttery vanilla though...I just smell coconut. Michi Posted May 10, 2006 Posted May 10, 2006 I have Peaks coconut milk, and it's a straight coconut, no vanilla, or any other notes that I sniff. It's a good mixer, or I have a friend that likes it just straight up, and then sometimes she'll burn it along side a mango papaya candle etc. to get a different scent. Quote
epheme Posted May 10, 2006 Author Posted May 10, 2006 ooh, both of those sound really yummy. thanks for the input! Quote
guppygirl Posted May 10, 2006 Posted May 10, 2006 I'm gonna 2nd peak's coconut milk... just pure coconut, not too creamy or sweet. Wonderful in a soy tart - haven't tried it in soap yet but it's on my list! Quote
josie1091 Posted May 11, 2006 Posted May 11, 2006 Coconut lime verbena from Natures Garden is very popular. Quote
JonB Posted May 11, 2006 Posted May 11, 2006 Beachin' (from Taylored Concepts) is wonderful in soy & paraffin. that oils is also on sale for $10/lb....go get ya some. TC is a great company!peace.:highfive: Quote
Ron Meyers Posted May 17, 2006 Posted May 17, 2006 Like the Tropical Coconut from Just By Nature and it's tested for soy. Good hot and cold throw brings them back for more. Priced right too Ron Quote
mystical_angel1219 Posted May 17, 2006 Posted May 17, 2006 My favorite Coconut came from the now defunct Kinghouse. Can you tell I loved this scent? sniff sniff. It was totally fabulous!! Smelled just like a freshly cut coconut. Quote
Jordan Posted May 17, 2006 Posted May 17, 2006 Keystone took over, they have most the oils in their lineup now. We use a few of them ourselves. Quote
