I placed an order with them and just got my email shipping confirmation and good thing I checked it.

They had my city/state/zip wrong. They had the right street address but had it going to Victoria, Iowa.

So I emailed them real quick and they just replied and they got the zip changed before it left their ups center, so I should still hopefully get it WED hehe

Like every other human on earth, mistakes do happen. Luckily Becky is awesome with customers, and will always work to correct a problem. Sometime she gets really busy though, but floating an email is the best way to get a hold of her! Have fun with your oils! I am sure you'll love them. What did you get BTW?
