nayarx8 Posted May 6, 2006 Posted May 6, 2006 These are the new foaming hand soap bottles from JS. So easy to make!!! They hold 8 ounces of soap. Scented, from left to right: Hyacinth Orchid, Dreamcatcher, Waterlily Melon, Lemon Peel, Water Blossom & Ivy, and Pomegranate. Thanks for looking! Linaya Quote
elitenaildesign Posted May 6, 2006 Posted May 6, 2006 How awesome is that? I need to get some of those from you to put at my sink at my nail salon. Quote
KJohnson Posted May 6, 2006 Posted May 6, 2006 those are very pretty!!! good job..may I ask where you get the foaming hand wash? Thanks Quote
prairieannie Posted May 6, 2006 Posted May 6, 2006 If I'm not mistaken Kris, you just put regular liquid soap, or shower gel in those and there is a mechanism on the lid that makes it foam. Cute bottles! Quote
cozyaromas Posted May 6, 2006 Posted May 6, 2006 Those look very nice, I really like those bottles...keep up the good work!!!:highfive: Quote
nayarx8 Posted May 6, 2006 Author Posted May 6, 2006 Prairieannie is correct; its just liquid hand soap, diluted 50/50 with water, add FO and dye. Quote
countrysoaper Posted May 6, 2006 Posted May 6, 2006 those are so pretty!! what a great presentation!Good Job! Quote
dixylight Posted May 6, 2006 Posted May 6, 2006 Yes those are great! I bought some too and made some hand soap scented in JS chai tea using JS body wash...great stuff! Quote
Candle Man Posted May 7, 2006 Posted May 7, 2006 They look great.Have you found that tall and slinder bottle hard to use? I would think while trying to pump that bottle, it would have a tendency to slip or fall over. I may try that style but I really like this foamer bottle for stability while pumping. Please let me know how you like it and how it performs. Quote
nayarx8 Posted May 7, 2006 Author Posted May 7, 2006 Ive been using one at my kitchen sink for a couple of weeks now, and have never had one fall over. They are pretty sturdy. I like the style of the bottle; its different than the foaming soap bottles in the grocery stores. Quote
Brenda Posted May 7, 2006 Posted May 7, 2006 I love your presentation on this product! Very appealing. Quote
CelestialSoyCandles Posted May 7, 2006 Posted May 7, 2006 Just awesome!!!!Are they anti bacterial too??? I have been looking for antibacterial hand soap base.. Big germophobes at my house Quote
valleygrls98 Posted May 7, 2006 Posted May 7, 2006 I think that BCN has a anti bacterial base at least they use to Quote
Candle Man Posted May 8, 2006 Posted May 8, 2006 Did you even notice that the dip tubes don't reach the bottom, they are to short (or at least it looks like it in the photo). Quote
nayarx8 Posted May 8, 2006 Author Posted May 8, 2006 I did notice that. When you actually use the pump it will continue to pump past the end of the tube. My test bottle only left maybe a 1/8 of an inch of soap at the bottom. Which is actually less waste than the foaming hand soap I got at the grocery store; that bottle had about 1/2 in. of soap still in the bottle that couldnt be pumped. I wanted to make sure i was happy with the way it pumps myself before i started selling these. I sent a few off as testers also, and everybody said that they were surprised that it also pumped with very little waste. I dont know why it continues to pump the liquid past the end of the tube; but it does. Quote
Darwin Posted May 8, 2006 Posted May 8, 2006 I realy love the colors and the cute little bottles. Quote
katshe Posted March 30, 2008 Posted March 30, 2008 Prairieannie is correct; its just liquid hand soap, diluted 50/50 with water, add FO and dye.Do you use a preservative and how much do you sell them for?Just wondering cause I just learned to make this using my hp soap but the ratio is allot less soap. Thanks Quote
