wic question!!??

I am using CBL-125 container wax from Candle wic and making 6oz and 12 oz jars. Any wic tips? I'm just starting so I'm not sure where I should start to test? any tips would be great. Thanks so much

Would $4.00 be asking to much for the 6oz candle it's in a glass jar with a glass lid. Not sure what to charge for the 12 oz.

I don't use this wax, but check the diameter of your jars and go from there to determine a starting wick size. Also, see if the supplier offers any recommendations as to what type of wick to use in that wax.

As far as selling, if you've only been making candles for a few months, it's way too soon to worry about that, imho. You need to have your product tested thouroughly before selling it to anyone. Also, you need to think about getting a business name, business license, insurance and labeling your candles properly as well. I would concentrate on building up a good product first. Most people test for at least 8 months to a year before they think about selling. Unfortunately, this isn't a get rich quick type of biz
