Good luck to all in shows or markets! Tomorrow is the start of a market I might be in, though they haven't answered my app yet. I know they were full for tomorrow, but there was a chance they'd let me in next week - will drive over there and see what it looks like.

Then labels! I've got about 300 soaps to label, and I really need to make some more cucumber melon lip balms.

I have to dip 72 roses, finish some pillars...

A friend is coming over so we are going to play with wax, I love creating with friends! We are going to come up with something for the Summer Votive Swap...I have an idea but she is going to help me expand on it..

Maybe will play with that soy wax I bought and didnt get a chance to play with last weekend...I need to find some cute containers...lol..i dont have any.

Then I am just going to try to get everything shipped out!

I have a few bar of M & P soap to make with Key West for myself. Also my novel is in my pot this weekend! I'm approaching the 100page mark and the real action of the book will really begin to escalate from here on in. The roughest portion of the novel, (the first three chapters) are almost behind me. Let's see I'm going to finally dip into making my first batch of cp for the Newbie Soap Challenge. :whistle: I also need to do a couple of m&p, votives and pillars for a mother's day basket I'm working on. So my weekend is pretty much filled.

Fire and Ice: I would like to volunteer myself to test read your first novel when you're done, if you need someone. I'm always up and ready for a good read.

Lots of testing . I am just a beginner, and I have lots of wax to try out. I really like the GL 70/30, but I am fighting HUGE wet spots. I also have several 100% soy waxes to try. I absolutely love the JingleBerry FO from BCN. I need to buy a big bottle of that! I am taking it easy and starting out with 8oz straight side containers. Don't want to get too frustrated this early.

I still need to pour a couple container scents and some strawberry tarts, but my market starts tomorrow and I've been busy pouring candles & tarts and labeling lip butters and soaps. Opening day is here already! I hope I can squeeze in a big batch of OMH soap because it's my no. 1 seller this year. Last year it was lavender soap. Go figure.

Test burning some votives, pouring more votives for the Canadian swap (strawberry kiwi), Angel Wings tealights and maybe a jar, and I might try out butterscotch brulee.

Big 3 day outdoor show in 2 weeks, need to put final touches on some things, make label, finish lotion bars, make some more lip balms, label some loofahs, and just some general organizing done b4 the big day...

I am really looking forward to the show, it is long and tiring but I love seeing my repeat customer and meeting new ones

I've got canes to decorate and candles to pour and test. I might do some B&B stuff this weekend and mix some fragrances.

I'm going practice making orbs. Also going to a womens luncheon /style show and the person that put it together asked if I would setup a table with my candles. She also ordered 2 candle baskets.

I'm making tarts. I had never even heard of them before coming to this board, and now I'm hooked. Too, too easy and fun (and doesn't take up much FO, so I can use my little testers.) I'm also going to be test pouring my new square votives I bought from Lindsey in the classified ads! Yay!

Hope to stay off the computer and out of the classifieds so I can actually use some of the stuff I recently bought. Actually gotta finish shrink wrapping votives and clean off kitchen table so we can use it to eat off of!....even though I know that's not what the kitchen table is to be used for in candle world!!
