lindsaycb Posted May 3, 2006 Posted May 3, 2006 I purchased the cheapy stainless steel measuring cups from Walmart the other day. & I love the size of the 1 cup - simple round design, etc. I'm thinking of buying quite a few of these & putting my loofah slices inside of them....pour soap over, etc.Has anyone made soap in these before? Think they'd be tough to get out? Or if I spray, they should just tap out, right? Quote
Rebecca_IA Posted May 3, 2006 Posted May 3, 2006 it's always worth experimenting with to see where your idea takes you. Use mineral oil, very light coat, because it won't saponify with the soap like the spray vegetable oils do. If that's not enough, maybe toss them in the freezer too and see if between the two you can get it out. Quote
jenniejr Posted May 3, 2006 Posted May 3, 2006 Hey lindsay! I have the same one's. Have had them for years! I use them for the same thing ..... all I do is spray them lightly w/ Pam and they come right out! Quote
