need help with a 4 pound batch recipe please

Ok I have never made a batch this big...lol

Im going to use RBO...but last time I used RBO its seemed to make a softer bar of soap..

So this is what I am thinking of doing any suggestions?

RBO 35%

PKO 25 % (to make it harder)

Palm 20%

Coconut 15%

Castor 5%

hardness 48

cleansing 26

condition 45

bubbly lather 30

creamy lather 27

Iodine 60

INS 143

I would lower your PKO by 15% and add the difference to the palm. Too much cleansing oils will make it hard, but it'll be rough on the skin at the same time. I like to keep my cleansing number about 20.
