latch Posted May 2, 2006 Posted May 2, 2006 I have an opportunity to do a small festival this weekendand i have no idea how much to bring.its through a local catholic school and theres probably 500 or so studentsits 2 days. I wish i knew how much people come every year but i dont.any one do any small festivals? Quote
Tess Posted May 2, 2006 Posted May 2, 2006 Take as much as you can make! You never know how much you will sell! Besides it is better to have too much than not enough. Extras you can always use as backstock. I always make sure to have plenty of my best sellers. I usually take 2 full cases of my best sellers, and 1 case of everything else! Quote
hollyberry Posted May 2, 2006 Posted May 2, 2006 I pretty much do the same for big or little festivals ....backstock stays packed in the trailer by category until if and when I need it for the smaller ones with the exception of the "special lines" that we do to go with the festival... ( ie: if it is the "poppy fest. we do a poppy line, almond blossom one that matches that. fall fest a fall fest scent etc.., those get totally unpacked and hopefully sold out) then everything left goes either back into the backstock area or into the booths we have at crafters malls.
