ScentsandMore
I use a 50/50 blend of KY125 and KY115 and thinking of changing from cotton wicks and trying CD wicks. Here are my questions: 1. When everyone refers to CD wicks are they the same as what Alabaster Candle Supply sells? Their description says Stabilo (CD) corless wicks that are non-directional, flat braided with a special paper filament woven around it. 2. In my notes I have that a CD 12 is equivalent to a HTP 93 and 51 cotton and that the CD14 is equivalent to a HTP 104 and 60 cotton. Does this sound correct?Thank you. topofmurrayhill
Those are the right wicks. They're also called Stabilo. The CD/HTP equivalencies seem right, but I can't say about the cotton.
Meridith
What do you think the HTP 126 would be equivalent to in a CD?
tootie04
How are you liking that 50/50 blend? I was thinking of trying it, but would like to hear how others are doing with it.Patricia
