LaurieF
I have searched through most all the threads on votives and have not seen an answer to how quickly a votive should burn. I'm getting a good 15 hrs out of votive but I am wondering how quick they should break through and collapse. Mine seem to do this so quickly...within an hour. I am burning a store bought paraffin votive to see how that performs but I don't know if I should compare it to a soy votive. Would love opinions from seasoned votive makers!! I am using KY votive blend and htp 52, 62, or 73. Also, don't get good results in tulip type votive container, but does well in straight or even fluted (?) type containers.
