OutlandishLady
I am freakin' out here people. I have to have all this stuff done by tomorrow and I am no where near close. The problem at hand: I can't get the little sample packets I purchased from SW to close. My little chip sealer used to work - no more. I tried my curling iron on high - no go. Can you over heat these things? WHY WON'T THEY STAY CLOSED? I think they're good then squeeze to make sure the seal is holding and out slips my lotion. Crapola. HELP ME PLEASE!
jwahlton
Did you try an iron? Or a hair straightening thing?
OutlandishLady
I'm just afraid I'll melt the ends off all together, but hey! how much worse could that be? And I thought I'd never iron again...............

MichelleOH
What setting? I'm afraid I'll just melt the ends off..........Try the lowest setting and go from there. I didn't have to hold the iron on the packet for very long. HTH
daniedb
I used an iron set at about the lowest point, and only had to hold it on for about 2-3 seconds.
Michi
Put a towel in between if you're worried about them melting. I'm sure the iron will work for ya, take a deeeeep breath girl. So, why do you have to have them done? Are you doing a show?
OutlandishLady
I was invited to be a vendor at a Success by Six seminar. The ladies at my son's pre-K are some of my best customers and they decided to share me, ha ha. I haven't done much selling for my B&B stuff as I'm still experimenting. I think I went a bit nuts making stuff! I've decided I won't be sleeping tonight Not that I probably could, I'm actually nervous. I love these little sample packets but they may be the death of me..........

OutlandishLady
Well, I survived. Didn't sell as much as I wanted but I guess that's OK. Finally got those durn packets closed. I had two that just wouldn't seal so I cranked the iron up a few notches and it worked. Yee haa. Now I would like to sleep for about 12 hours.........
