TexasBrat
I was going through some older oils of mine and they were dried up or some had just a trickle at the bottom of the bottle and I know I never used them. Most of them were from the same company. Is this normal?
cas
So I'm not the only one this has happened to! I had a tangerine sample from someplace years ago, and never used it. Some months went by, and I opened up the bottle and it was EMPTY. I was bewildered to say the least. I thought maybe a cat had a snack. Still to this day DO NOT know happened to it! Candle Man
Yes FO's can evaporate through HDPE plastic bottles some worse than others. When you see the bottle sunk in that is what's happening. If you get amber glass bottles to transfer them in they will last longer. They may not leak out but may get old in other ways, sent change etc.A good thing to do is put a date ( when you receive it) on the bottle and best if used up in 1 year if you can. TexasBrat
Thanks, yes they were in clear plastic bottles. That's okay, they were not my favorite scents anyway. lol
