Cross-stitch
What's the thing about Jasmine Night and is there a difference between this and Jasmine? I've seen quite a few perfumes showing Jasmine Night as one of the fragrances. Although, I can't seem to tell where there should be any reason why regular old jasmine would work. My only thought is that one might be more potent in scent than the other. Do any of you know? Thanks!!!
StanfordP
Assume you’re referring to night blooming Jasmine, which is a completely different smell from day blooming jasmine (there are plenty of jasmine varieties, most with distinct smells). Night is softer, cooler and has more of a spring bulb essence (like smelling a narcissus or hyacinth). Whereas common jasmine (e.g., star) is sweeter and more typical floral.
Cross-stitch
Thanks for the info!!! Needless to say, there are those who have both types of Jasmine. Definitely, something to keep in mind...
