Just sat with the excel spreadsheet and realized how painfully little profit was left in many of my items after calculating supply increases and ESPECIALLY Etsy ad fees. 

I raised most item prices a bit, and will creatively use variations to encourage better purchasing minimums for myself.  When profit for a single item on a box to a customer is <$1 it makes zero sense to offer it - especially when that one item is often purchased alone versus as an add-on. 

now to scrutinize soap again. 

and lip balm.
