Cross-stitch
I was wondering if any of you have used Avocado oil in your perfumes? I see some that I could obtain for a decent price and might be interested in trying it. But, figure it'd be worth asking around first. Thanks for any ideas!!! TallTayl
I have not, usually just use jojoba and/or fractionated coconut oil. neither of those imparts odor and each has a super long shelf life
Cross-stitch
Yeah, I've looked around a lot more and think it's probably better not to try this oil. Also looked into grapeseed oil as well, hoping for a little less expensive carrier oil. But, everything I see seems like jojoba and sweet Almond Oil are best for my uses. Thanks for your input TallTayl!
TallTayl
Almond and grape seed have very short shelf life. After 6 months of opening you can begin to smell the rancidity.
Cross-stitch
Hmm. Never tried coconut oil, do have a bunch though for a different project. So, might have to try that to see what it does too...
