BRF
I'm looking for recommendations on wax melters that don't have a non stick (teflon) surface. Thanks in advance for any leads.
TallTayl
What size? Electric indoor turkey fryers should be out on store shelves soon. i use a beer kettle for 50# batches of some waxes. I love my old stainless steel presto pot the most. Not sure why they stopped making them.
BRF
Thanks, I'm looking at pretty small volume. 2-3# for body care products.

If you can find a vintage stainless steel presto pot they are the best ever. I will cry when mine dies
kandlekrazy
I could never find one smaller than a turkey fryer so that's the way I went. you can put in just a few #'s but just be careful you don't burn your wax. I hate teflon coatings on anything really. Maybe someone will come up with a ceramic coated fryer which MIGHT be better.
NightLight
You can do one of these. They are on the AMZN. You have to add your own heat element hot plate but they can work.

For small amounts, maybe check into electric tea kettles with thermostats. They come in many materials, shapes and sizes.

NightLight
I would try the induction plate, with pitchers. That could work nicely. Just make sure induction plate can handle your pitcher. Some require a certain base size to heat up properly, but could work well if you pouring balms etc.
