TallTayl
I make a winter lotion loaded with humectants. Have loved Hydrovance, but only am able to find it i small quantities at TheSage.com (majestic Mountain Sage). I don't order anything else from them at this time, and the freight from Utah to Chicago is always so high. One 16 oz bottle will cost $12 to ship. I have sodium lactate, and can get it by the gallon from Soapers Choice for the same total price as a 16 oz bottle of Hydrovance. I don't use sodium lactate for anything else, either, so a gallon on the shelf is kind of overkill.
