Vee
HI guys I have been making pure beeswax sachets which are also called scented wax tablets. I see a lot of tutorials out there that say one should use essential oils for these. From my limited knowledge wax and essential oil are not a good match. Also a lot of guys insist that soy wax has the best throw. Or a mix of beeswax and soy! Basically I am looking for a good cold throw that would last for some time .Recently I see that my tablets don't have that much of a good cold throw. I use pure beeswax (cosmetic grade) and 12% fragrance load. Anybody with some experience in making these tablets would you please throw some light on this ! Thanks in advance> always so much to learn from this forum.
NightLight
Try blending some some to do a test with your tablets. You don’t want to add too much or the tablet will be too soft. or you can add some pillar paraffin to the beeswax.
