Hot Throw

Using 464, I dont get a good throw until candle has burned halfway down.  Using a wick.from local candle supply company.  Im going to try adding vybar 260.

Adding Vybar 260 to 464 would not do any good.  464 should have enough of it in the wax already.  Try to add about 5%(max) of IGI R2322 palm wax.  It will increase HT significantly.  But it is going to reduce CT little bit.

Yeah, don't add vybar.  Are you allowing the candle to cure?

Is the candle getting noticeably hotter at that point? Overwicking can cause lowered HT.

Changing wick series can offer cure hot throw. Some wicks hotter, some cooler in wax. Also depends on fragrance oil. Some are strong some weak. Variables. What wick are you using now and what size container.
