Dreamer Posted June 9, 2020 Share Posted June 9, 2020 I've started making incense sticks and have a couple questions.... 1. Any recommendations for good punk sticks? So far, I've tested punks from Wellington (do not like,) The Parfumerie on Etsy (these are ok, the wood pulp breaks off easily though), and The Plant Guru (I like these, the pulp is a wood powder, but they look very blotchy after drying for some reason.). 2. I feel like no matter what punk stick & fragrance oil I use, they are not holding scent as well as I'd like. When burning, I smell little of the fragrance. What am I doing wrong? I soak the punk sticks in DPG/fragrance oil mixture (1:1 ratio for scent strength) for 24 hours. I then let the sticks naturally dry outside for 1-2 days.
