Good cotton wicks for Lab & Co coco/apricot wax housed in "smaller" vessels? 2.88" diameter x 3.5H" straight sided glass jars w/ lids

I was looking at The Lone Star Candle Company's Eco wick line and they seem to be suitable for vegetable waxes.  We gave the Lab & Co Wooden wicks a shot, but I jut think they're burning a bit too hot for our vessel I believe and aren't facilitating a good throw. Maybe I should look into a different vessel.

Any recs for wicks?

I'm not sure there's a good, logical reason for it,  but I do tend to test htps + cds first.  I prefer them and use them often in larger tumbler type vessels.   In narrow straight jars, with that wax, you're going to need a lot of options though. That wax can be tricky to wick in a narrow jar, there's really no margin for error in them.  The wax melts so easily and those narrow jars trap heat so well.
