TheNovice
I was looking at The Lone Star Candle Company's Eco wick line and they seem to be suitable for vegetable waxes. We gave the Lab & Co Wooden wicks a shot, but I jut think they're burning a bit too hot for our vessel I believe and aren't facilitating a good throw. Maybe I should look into a different vessel. Any recs for wicks?
pughaus
Depending on FO I've used all these in those jars with their coco wax: Htp 73, LX 12-14, Premier 730, 35 and 740, CD5

pughaus
I'm not sure there's a good, logical reason for it, but I do tend to test htps + cds first. I prefer them and use them often in larger tumbler type vessels. In narrow straight jars, with that wax, you're going to need a lot of options though. That wax can be tricky to wick in a narrow jar, there's really no margin for error in them. The wax melts so easily and those narrow jars trap heat so well. TallTayl
Eco tend to burn pretty hot in coco blends, IME. This can cause sooting on an impressive scale. I would first try cd, then CSN. I have had decent luck with smaller cotton core in similar sized vessels.

I am using a 2.7" inner diameter vessel x 3.5" and that same wax, still trying to figure out which one to choose !!
