candlesinflorida
Anyone have any suggestions on the best tape to use around wax? I seem to use tape for all sorts of things...keeping track of which FO is in which container, tying straws and chopsticks to keep wicks straights, labeling bottles....and wax/scotch tape is not a good combination. As soon as the tape gets oily, it slides right off. Just wondering if there are better adhesives or special kinds of tape to use around wax? NightLight
Get painters tape. All tape will fall off due to the solvent ability in fragrances, oils etc.
Gary in Canada
I use masking tape to "label" the container so I know which FO I used, wick and any other info I need for later. It seems to hold on fine for me.

CandleRush
I use tape but lately I write on my jars with a black sharpie, super easy and fast and it washes off.
Candybee
I use sticky notes and then slap a strip of regular scotch tape over it. Probably cause I don't have any masking tape around the house. I use what's available.
