xavalyss Posted July 4, 2018 Share Posted July 4, 2018 Glad to meetcha! I'm xavalyss. I used to make soap by the ton and a member of the Dish, but not really active now. My fondness for making soap has faded away and I currently only make it for myself or by special request. For a long while, I've been interested in making beeswax dipped candles. A link on the Dish pointed me here. I'm 64, widowed, live alone with my wild cat Delmer. I have 3 grown kids, 4 grands, and 1 great-grand. In 2 weeks I'm going to see Def Leppard and Journey. Only the number makes me much older than I feel. I work at a nursing home 2 days a week. Don't have many (any, really) friends. I have ventured here to see what I could learn about candlemaking.
