RoxWix
Does anyone have some insight on dyed versus undyed melts re: what appeals to buyers more? I've gotten mixed feedback from my human testers and I'm not sure if I should go with a natural look or a rainbow of wax 🙂 tyia

Is your market of the “all natural” type? If not, I’d color them, because color will attract the eye, and in some cases fool the nose into thinking the scent is stronger. If they are all natural they will not want dye in there.
iansmommaya
I don't make candles I like the slightly off white ones, I think I perceive them as undyed although that may not actually be true. I do buy dyed ones, too. I guess I'm not really helping. lol.
Belinda
I prefer dyed ones myself. For instance, if I'm going to sniff something that's supposed to smell like Banana nut bread but it's white I just don't think I'd get the same effect (at least not in my mind) if it's not the color of BNB.
RoxWix
Thank all of you for the feedback! I guess my biggest concern is the frosting I am getting from my darker colors and the worry that it will turn people off.
