Since you can use stainless steel to make soap in, I would think you could use it for a mold too. I would try spraying the loaf pan with Pam or something first cuz I think there will be difficulties getting the soap out of the pan. Or try lining with saran wrap or a bag.

I used my stainless mini loaf pan for CP and sprayed it w/ Pam the 1st time and the soap came right out. The 2nd time I used it .... I sprayed w/ Pam again and I still needed a cutting torch to get the soap out!! :shocked2: Not sure what the diff. was, but give it a try and see how it goes. Worst that could happen is you'll need to borrow my torch! :laugh2::P Good luck!;)

Doesn't it heat up something fierce in SS? Do you OP with that, or just put it to bed like regular CP? I know sometimes just having raw soap sitting in one of my SS pitchers it heats up so much it starts to gel while it is waiting for me to work with it. :undecided
