NickS
Like all of us, I don’t want to over pay for anything. The best I’ve found fractionated coconut oil for in smaller quantities is $4.88/lb. Is this price reasonable/average or do you know where it might be cheaper?
kandlekrazy
I think it's pretty good for a #. When I sold essential oils I bought it by the gallon which comes out quite a bit cheaper.
TallTayl
That is not a bad price for a small a,punt. Soapers choice is at $3.20pp plus shipping on a gallon. It is listed under mct (medium chain triglycerides). It has a very, very long shelf life, so if you go through more than a lb a year it might not be a bad buy, especially if you get other things from them. Likewise, you can sell off surplus fairly easily on destash groups.
