MaggieMay
I am wanting to try a recipe and it calls for milk protein. I tried doing a search on line to see what milk protein would be called in bath and body product language. I'm having a brain fart, anyone have any ideas, its probably something simple lol like Milk, coconut milk, but in some various type of different name like Hydrolized Wheat Protein. lol All help will be greatly appreciated. OH when I CHECK OUT THIS FORUM, ALL THE WRITING IS STRAIGHT UP AND DOWN, until I click on the topic and then its fine. Hugs Maggie
heartsong
Hi there! First of all, what product are you making, cold process soap? If soap, then you can use any milk product...goatsmilk or cow's milk either powdered, canned, whole milk, buttermilk, yogurt, etc. Here's a little info on milk proteins, HTH. http://www.milkfacts.info/Milk Composition/Protein.htm

MaggieMay
From scratch. I figured it out. the same way I do my lotions, heat n hold etc. I just thought there was a milk protein by another name, that you would buy from a supplier... None that I am familiar with...if you find out differently, let us know. The only other milk protein I am familiar with is the whey or soy protein you add to protein shakes.
