Wicks keep drowning towards end of candle

My wicks (HTP105) always drown when I get down to the last inch of my candles. Could this be b/c Im not mixing well enough and the scent is too heavy at the bottom?

That is a possibility but also a contributing factor is lack of oxygen in the bottom half of the jar you might try wicking down one size and see what happens.

You may be right, I placed a 104 and a 105 only one goes out.
