  1. Sometimes YouTube suggests incredibly helpful videos. Today was no disappointment. Imperial Stock Ranch of Oregon shared their business model changes to shed the low return practices reliant upon volatile commodities, to become profitable through value added niche marketed products. I watched it several times and thought of different things each time. the bullet point summary of their successful plan below is simple, succinct and powerful! The multi sense packaging truly appeals to me, as is the super simple label. One label/tag for everything makes great use of economies of
  2. Wondering if anyone can help brainstorm ideas for selling, that don’t involve me sitting at a table. Any advice on flyers, or Instagram, or any small business/marketing suggestions would be much appreciated. I have tried a few different things...Google AdWords for my website and making an effort to contact website subscribers, but looking to take things to the “next level” and would just prefer not to push into the farmers market or craft fair paths.
  3. Hi All 🌷 Lately I have been asked for samples of scents to be sent to potential clients (not wholesale). I only offer one size jar which has worked beautifully for me because it allows me to offer a large variety of scent combos. With that said, I do not offer clamshells. Clamshells would seem like the appropriate answer to the "can you send out samples" inquiry. But... I'm wondering if there are other ways that are more cost effective to remedy the sample need. I use soy and coconut wax and it doesn't set up firm enough to pop out of the container. Obviously, I can't send FO's 😂
  4. Last night I posted some pics on Natures Garden FB wall for there show and tell. Well now one of the ladies that also posted several pics last night "Liked" my page. Which is perfectly fine. But now she has posted one of her fall candle pics on my page with her website attached. Is this cool to do? Is she being harmless? Should I erase her post? Thoughts please :-) TIA!
