  1. FaithfulScenter, I'm sooo glad that you liked the Iced Oatmeal Cookies as I was the one who sold it to you:grin2: Anyways, I would call Stacy and see if she has more on hand or will be reordering it in the future. I hope it will be one of the oils that she only brings around seasonally instead of discontinuing it. It smells so good that my mouth starts to water when I'm burning a wax melt, lol!!!
  2. I have the one from Peak's and it smells very good. Nice and fruity!
  3. I call my 2 oz cups scent shots as well. I had NO problems selling them for $2.00.
  4. I like to use this blend too. Perfect results every time. Great Scent throw. CD and ECO's work for me depending on fragrance. HTH!
  5. Thanks Kitn, I think you're right. I'm going to test it this weekend. Will post my results!
  6. I felt the same way as you regarding the ECO's. But here's what I learned with them...I noticed that the longer my candles (GB464) had cured the more tame the flame was. A beautiful flame at that. As a result, I've even switched from using most of my CD's and returned to the ECO's. Give it a try!
  7. Thanks for the B&B input Old Glory! Still hoping for some others to chime in regarding CP soap. I'm even open to hearing feedback about this FO purchased from other vendors. At least it could put me near the ballpark.
  8. Hi All, Does anyone know if Aztec's White Linen discolors CP soap. All it says it that it's an Estee Lauder dupe. I wish they would provide a more thorough description of their oils Thanks!
  9. +1 on Peak's peach. It is the most realistic peach to me and I've tried a ton of them.
  10. So funny you started this thread because I was thinking the same thing over the weekend. I know some of you say that you get a consistent "vanilla" or "nutty smell" in most scents, however I have found that I get a consistent "berry" scent in many oils that I use that have fruit in them. For example, I just finished testing CS Black Currant Tea and I swear I can't tell it apart from any old raspberry. Weird! I was expecting to have some great tea notes and I got none of that. In regards to NG, they were my first supplier when I first started. I learned early on that the majority of their oils do pretty decent in B&B, but candles, not so much. Peaks is still my go to and +1 on the blending.
  11. Try blending it with a toasted marshmallow. It cut down on the sharp mint note and added some sweetness to it.
  12. Try adding a little vanilla or creme brulee.
  13. Believe it or not...I got a sample of Aztecs creme brulee and it smelled pretty darn good. It reminded exactly of the creme brulee that I fell in love with in Paris!
  14. I can vouch for Peak's Coconut Milk. It doesn't smell like much OOB, but it comes alive when in wax. I've been very pleased with it thus far.
