  1. You're more than welcome, glad I could help !
  2. I googled her and came up with this link http://www.artfire.com/modules.php?name=Shop&seller_id=16622
  3. Those are great looking soaps, and darn nice pics too ! Hubby and I have a moment of silence for the beer each time I use a bottle for soap. I think I'm going to start buying cheap beer that we don't like so we won't cry every time
  4. Congrats on your first soaps
  5. Very nice I like the last one best.
  6. Oh those are adorable, I'm sure the girls will absolutely love them !!
  7. Love those soaps !! The layered one is gorgeous !
  8. Congrats, good luck with your 1st batch
  9. Here's a good link to a rebatch ( handmilling ) tutorial. http://moonstruckmagic.blogspot.com/2008/11/here-are-my-soaps-cut-up-because-i-was.html
  10. I've seen people do it I haven't tried it personally, but it can definitely be done.
  11. I didn't much like the smell OOB anyway, so I'll probably just not bother buying that FO again LOL It was supposed to be baby powder but it stunk if you ask me :lipsrseal
  12. Keep notes, and more notes. Everything you do, write it down. This way you can look back and see what you did if something goes wrong and it will be easier to narrow it down. It's also handy so when you finally come up with that perfect recipe, you'll have it to replicate again
  13. Well that was the fastest cook I've ever seen ! It appears to be ok, the color morphed something crazy ! Started out blue, turned a hideous red/orange and now it's a deep purple. Whatever... I'm just happy it turned out ok.
  14. So I decide to do a real small batch tonight to try out these adorable dragon fly and lady bugs molds I picked up this morning. Melted the oils, had the lye water ready, add it all together and instant ricing. I tried stick blending the bejesus out of it and it still looked horrible. I finally just tossed it all in the crock pot and hoped for the best. Now it looks like it's separating in the crock pot. Please tell me that sooner or later this will end up looking like something even close to normal ?
