Hi I also use the Sugar Kisses from MMS and love it. No problems mixing and it gives a good sweet taste to unflavored oils.

I've always had good CS from Peaks. They truly do appreciate their customers and show it with every order. Whenever I have a question or a need to know, they're more than willing to work with me.

Thsy're absolutely wonderful ! Just wish I could have the patience to do something like that.

Thanks for the info. Definetly do not need anymore headaches. I'm surprised a company would take a chance on losing customers by doing something like this.

Went through the same exact situation. Very bad customer service. Too bad, as the dye I ordered did arrive finally( after Paypal was involved) and it was a good dye. Will not order again though. When a customer needs something they usually expect it to arrive sooner than a month of waiting. How hard is it to email a response as a courtesy to a paying customer?

So sad that another company has to close their doors. I guess it's just so hard these days to make an honest living. I sure hope things turn around soon.

Hi Everyone, I'm having trouble with the new batch of Soy Whip also. I talked to Vickey and she said to add 6 oz. of distilled water to 10 oz. of Whip. Tried that and it wasn't near what the smooth and creamy batch was. I delivered to 2 of my shops and they turned it away as the consistancy wasn't what they wanted. Anybody found a supplier that has a smooth and creamy consistancy similar to the Soy Whip?? Thanks for any leads you can give me. Crissyp
