    I have Pure Seduction Amber Romance Moonlight Sonata and Midnight Orchid Whats some color ideas for these? I am thinking on one for the orchid but the rest I am at a lost. Any ideas? TIA

    I buy 10 lbs at a time, it will usually last a couple of weeks unless I am pouring new scents. I did have to buy 20 lbs one week and had already gone through 20 lbs the two weeks before, but this was for christmas and I had a bunch of special orders to do. I have a little bit left and will probably have to buy another bag soon, because I just got my valentine scents in.

    Thankyou everyone, this gives me a great starting point. I havent decided how I want to present them yet. When I decide that, I will go from there. I will probably try my own wax first just to see. Thats what testing is all about right. I have written down all the different waxs and types so that if I dont like what I have I will know what to try next. So thanks again, ya'll have helped me alot.

    I also just checked my supplier for my other wax. They have a wax called Phytowax V-1 votive wax, and its soy. I wonder if this would work.

    I have had different people ask if I sell melts/tarts, so I am looking into expanding into those. I have questions though. I have seen people ask if others were using tart wax. What is the difference? I use Nature Wax C3 (soy wax) , could I use this or no? If not can you give some suggestions? I would like to stay with soy if possible. TIA.

    I go to a farmers market a couple saturdays a month and I have had the lady who is in charge of this (she's also a vendor and is always next to us) leave her drinks, keys, papers, phone, ect. on our table. I would like to hide them but I dont wanna get kicked out. Oh she's also had the nerve to tell me I was too young to be married and have a kid. Yeh that was a bad day.

    I am doing my first three day festival November 20-22. (Very excited ) I was told there will be about 5000 people going through. I have only been selling my candles to individuals and at a farmers market every other saturday, so I only make small batches here and there. My question is how much more should I make to last all weekend?

    i make mine teal. (blue & green mixed). That's the about the color it came out. I put a tad more green than blue.

    Ok so I went with a blueish green color. Falls kept reminding me of a water fall. Also when I put it in wax it smelled just like an axe fragrance my husband has and its a blueish green. Thanks everyone for your input, it helped get the ideas goin.

    I ordered Bedford Falls from TCS. Its description says combination of woods, greens, and earthy notes to conjure up a small town feeling. The first colors that popped in my head was green and brown. I've been doin a lot in those colors lately and wanted to try something different. I thought maybe a gray. What colors do ya'll think would look good with this scent?

    I would have to say play. The only reason I sell the ones I make is to fund the habit.

    Candle Source is where I am getting most of my fragrances. I use them in soy and they throw really good.

    I was given a tracking number but it doesnt work. It still shows its sitting at Candle Source, which cant be cuz they shipped it.

    I ordered some scents from Candle Source over a week ago and they still havent showed up. I contacted them and was told my package was put out the 21st. We checked this morning at the post office (it was shipped using usps) to see if they had it, they don't. So now what? I have a box of scents out floating around somewhere and need them here.

    I went to Lonestar and started making me a list of the 1oz I wanted to order for .99. When I went back to order they were all back to 2.00. I could cry. This happened in a matter of 5 minutes that they switched.

    I have been asked if I carry certain scents. The first was called Birds of Paradise. I havent heard of this and have looked around but haven't seen anything by that name. Has anyone ever heard of this? The second was a gentleman asking if I had anything that smelled like baked yams. Would candied yams smell similar and if so who carries it?
