  1. Mainely Scents is taken even though they do not have the .com. Like I said before you need to search other areas other then the domain names. I did a search on it and pulled up this info on Mainely Scents. http://www.manta.com/coms2/dnbcompany_hh6y5b
  2. Oh, I love that purse!! It is awesome!!! (I also would love to know also where that fabric came from. I have a couple dolls that that would go great on)
  3. You may want to do other searches for your name not just by going through what is available in domain names.(some place do not have online shops, or have not picked out the domain, and it can lead to trouble down the line with you owning it) Do a google or other type of search on the name you are wanting to go with. Also go to http://www.uspto.gov/ and go down to trademarks, click on that, then go down to number 3 - Search TM database (TESS), select new user form seach and check the name in all fields on there. You will also want to check with your state and see what is tradenamed with them. I had made the mistake before with just going by what is available in domain names only to find out that it was trademarked or by doing a seach and someone else is already using that name even though they did not have the .com, .net or what not. It will save you allot of money and trouble in the long run to search all the places before going with a name. As for names - what about Scents of Maine Maine Scentations Maine Heavenly Scents Heavenly Scents of Maine Northeast Scents Pine Forest Scents Fragrances of Maine
  4. I had only had LX14 and larger on hand when I first tested it, and I tried the LX14 and it did pretty good, but the votive container got hotter towards the end. I think LX10 or LX12 would work fine. Right now I am testing it with Eco wicking.
  5. I think I remember reading somewhere(can't remember where I saw this at) that there is more soy then paraffin in the blend and they call it a soy blend when they make candles. I think it said something like a little over 45% paraffin, but did not go into how much.
  6. I had used the ecosoya pillar blend for my tarts before, and just did not like the hot throw I had gotten from it. The cold throw was awesome though. I had switched to the NatureWax Soy V1 for tarts, but NatureWax has discontinued the v1 for now and I was told they are recommending trying the NatureWax Soy P2 for the votives and tarts. I have tried the P2 a couple times and I am liking the throw so far from it.
  7. Looks great! I love how you did the ice cubes. It looks good enough to drink, lol
  8. They are just beautiful!! You did a fantastic job on them.
  9. I don't think so either. I did notice on the fillmore site, they had a few scents that Backwoods carries too. Allot of places use stock photos for their images. I have noticed a few different places having the same images. And as for the bottle they use for shipping the oils, it is best to ship in amber bottles, it helps the fragrance not to break down and morph.
