  1. I have found A Garden Eastward to be very reasonable for smaller sizes if you're just testing. If you want to buy pounds, then maybe EOU or NDA for certain specific EO's.
  2. I don't use less of them unfortunately... but Enchantress and Chinatown have sold well for me.
  3. I had a batch I had to wick up three times.....still have it sitting in the basement wondering what to do with it...
  4. Vanille Banane from Daystar is good. Doesn't sell for me, but it is good.
  5. I bought some a couple of years ago...they work, but I had problems with the Teal....it plugged up in the bottle and didn't incorporate well into the soap. The other colors worked fine.
  6. Some of the pure soy are having wonky batches at the moment. I have 50 lbs that is not usable because I was wicking up three sizes and getting crusty tops between burns. I have a better batch now, but it is still requiring me to wick up one size and is crusty between burns, which I haven't had happen before.
  7. I like big old chunky bars myself, but you have to consider the people buying the soap. You may have to charge $7 for the big one and people may not see the value.
  8. Like everyone else said, it's unlikely anyone knows what a wet spot is. I would like to include some english explanation on why my candles are frosty on my literature. I'm actually thinking of going color-free because my new soy batches are quite fugly.
  9. Wick Your Wax Daystar Candle Cocoon Scented Bean
  10. Blackberry Jam Butter Cookie, White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookie, Vanille Banane, Enchantress, Coeur De Vahine (sp?), & Chinatown throw well. Vanille Abricot is a bit less strong, but I keep it anyway. The only ones I didn't like the throw on were Vanille Coco and Un Bois Vanille.....but it was in a jelly jar, so a bigger jar might throw much better.
  11. I'm using Candle Cocoon's at 1 oz. per lb. in a 4" jar and it's waaaaaaaaaaay strong.
  12. Ones that don't work in soy are Madagascar Spice, Pineapple & Mangosteen and the strawberry. Ones that do throw in soy I have tried are Perfect Storm, White Plum Chutney, Wild Mountain Berry, Lemongrass & Star Anise, Bamboo, Hibiscus & Thai Palm, Tibetan Black Tea, and Hinokiwood & Cypress...
  13. Nevermind Bleh.... Classifieds are in my future..
