We've recently switched service providers, and the old URL had some sort of tag on the end, after the ".com" part, like /index.asp or such. We're just plain, ol' http://www.thenaturalartisan.com now. Yes, we've added about 25 new aromas and an entire catalog of Anchor Hocking glassware, priced to be competitive with the other suppliers in New England (and hopefully the U.S.). Good morning, all! This is Laura Mitrovich, President of The Natural Artisan. I can confirm that I had a conversation with Don yesterday regarding a possible PROMOTIONAL discounted shipping rate. The $10 figure I threw out in our telephone call was straight off the top of my head. I have not done the research to determine what kind of promotional rate I can offer. Also, as Don and I discussed, it would be a promotional offer meaning that it would last for a limited amount of time, in honor of re-launching The Natural Artisan. (In other words, I can confirm that this would not be a permanent policy.) We are in the final stages of relaunching our business, boosting our fragrance catalog by doubling the number of choices, adding glassware and other containers, and adding new categories of products. The bottom line is that there will be promotional offers extended when we officially "open" again, but it would be irresponsible of me at this time to offer specifics on deals I'm unable to support.
