  1. Im looking for favorites in pumpkin spice. I just haven't been totally satisfied with what I've used.
  2. Can anyone tell me what forms I need to obtain to sell candles in WI? I believe I need an EIN number, but is there a sellers permit I need to purchase? Anything else?
  3. I have someone that is requesting the Georgio Armani fragrance. Is there a supplier that carries this? I would be using it with EZ Soy. Thanks!!

  5. I love this scent. It is light and clean so I think anyone would like it. I believe I got mine from Wholesale Candle Supplies. I do use this in ez soy. It does have to cure for the full 2 week period in my opinion.:smiley2:
  6. I started my candle testing with BitterCreek North. I have to say that testing is the key and if a scent doesn't throw in the wax you are using don't use it..but in fairness to them I would like to list several that throw wonderfully in EZSoy. Whenever I have a problem BCN has gotten right back to me. I use their online support and Flicker is right there for me always during business hours. Spiced Cranberry, Tutti Frutti, Honey CoCo Mango, Gardenia, Jasmine, Country Berry Hotcakes, NorthWoods XMas, Twigs and Berries, Lime,Leaf, and Lily, Lily of the Valley, Snowberry, Happy Holidays, Cappacino Brule, Lemon, Vanilla Grapefruit, Pomegrante, Pumpkin Spice, Pumpkin Cheesecake(BCS),Lavender, Citrus Splash(BCS), Plumeria, Baby Powder, Autumn Leaves, Lilac, ButterCream Crunch, Cantaloupe, Huckleberry, Dogwood, Wildberry Zinger Tea, Ocean Mist Happy Easter everyone!

Cappacino Brule-BCN 8. Orange Clove-Solas 9. Pumpkin Spice-BCN 10. Vanilla Bliss-ICS Thanks to everyone who feels comfortable sharing their top scents -suppliers. A totally appropriate post for a fragrance discussion.
  8. If you don't want their advice then don't come to this forum. You have to realize that they are only trying to help and really a computer is not the same as talking face to face. You may have interpreted their posts differently than I did that is just the nature of typing on a computer. I wish you well as do the others I am sure.
  9. Thank-you! I just received both of those today and will try them tomorrow. You seem to be so good at mixing things together!
  10. I wipe out my pots immediately after pouring. I do use the wax remover to get rid of the scent and it does a great job there. I actually dilute it and pour with water into a spray bottle. If I'm not quick enough I use the heat gun. I do have the smallest space imaginable so I have an old griddle with water in it and can put the pots in there to simmer it off too. Another thing I found that works great are the EQUate brand baby wipes at Walmart. They are the best. I've left my bag open several times and they don't even dry out. It is the big refill bag. Those work slick and I use them to always wipe my spoons off right away. HTH:)
  11. This is great in soy. I was burning a 9 oz candle and it scented the entire house. The only problem was I was hungry when I went to bed and I couldn't fall asleep!!!!
  12. Thanks Lindsey- since they all have different flashpoints I suppose I'll have to use UPS. I appreciate the help!
  13. It has been awhile since I've sent out fragrance oils. Can someone tell me how I need to mail these to people?
  14. Bird of Paradise although I'm still working on finding the one I like best. I've tried Peaks but it wasn't as strong as I'd like in soy. The same was true of BCS's ...not strong enough. If anyone has one out there they can recommend I think that would be a great one!
  15. It really depends too on where you live. I sell my 9 oz for 6.95 and 16 oz for 9.95. I know there are many others that sell them for much more. I'm in the midwest. Usually I've heard you x3 for retail and x2 for wholesale. HTH
  16. Both ButterCream and Toasted Marshmallow have a great throw in ezsoy. I have one customer that loves the tm....buttercream is great alone, but I agree it is also a wonderful mixer.
  17. I believe BCN has a sage citrus although I'm not much help having not tested that one.
  18. In soy the Christmas scents I've tried with success are: Snowberry, Jingleberry(top seller), A Northwoods X'mas, I mix Pine plantation with spiced cranberry and call it Christmas Wreath, and Happy Holidays..
  19. I would think if you were going to use them immediately, but the plastic will pull oils away from the wax. I have seen them used for b&b samples with no problem.
  20. Personally I wouldn't order the Very Vanilla. It just didn't seem to keep it's scent when left unused. I ended up mixing another co. vanilla instead. WYW oils that have worked for me in ezsoy are Bamboo- great throw...Hot Apple Pie, Vanilla Grapefruit, ButterCream Crunch- is great! They have many other fragrances which do throw well in soy. HTH!
  21. My favorites are Spiced Cranberry, Lilac, Honey Coco Mango, Lavendar, Twigs/Berries, Lime, Leaf, and Lily, ButterCream Crunch, Pomegranate, Plumeria, Lemon, Wildberry Zinger Tea, Juniper Breeze, Gardenia, Jasmine, Jingleberry, Yuletide, ....I use many of their oils and there are only a few that aren't great throwers in soy. Many like the Pink Sugar too its just too sweet for me.
  22. Do you mean the 1 oz samples are 2 dollars at TC? Is this where you tried it?
  23. I am looking for a company that prints clear oval candle labels. Do any of you have a website I could go to? I have my logo just no time to play around with printing myself right now. Thanks!!
