  1. love those colors!!! and the swirls are very nice, too
  2. I kind of look at it the same way as using hot oil. No kids in the room! I personally try to soap when the little ones are asleep and the big ones are outside. The other day, I did something stupid and managed to splash a drop of lye water on my arm. It felt and burned me just like spattering bacon grease, so that's why I equate it with hot oil.
  3. Your swirls are great! I love the look of wispy random swirls :highfive:
  4. Me too. It looks great and so easy
  5. What pretty colors! Looks very spring like
  6. Looks lovely...the wavy cut reminds me of the mugs that A&W serves rootbeer in
  7. I'm a newbie here, so first of all "hi". I've been making cp for about 6 mo., eight batches so far. My soap is costing me about .20 an oz., which comes to .90 for a 4.5 oz. bar. I did a little figuring and found that the soaps we were buying sell for .30 an oz. or more. So, now I feel very justified in making my own that is better an cheaper.
